One of the leading branches through the whole world – ‘shipping-shipbuilding’ – almost does not function in Ukraine that has driven to complete destruction of branch infrastructure consisted of more than 1000 enterprises through our country. There are no means for raising of shipbuilding, and there won’t be their inflow in the nearest future.
WE OFFER TO ESTABLISH JOINT-STOCK SHIPPING COMPANY (JSSC) of open or close type, in which no less than 30 companies of Ukraine and other countries throughout the world will enter.
WE WILL BUILD FLEET TOGETHER. We understand that it is difficult goal, but executable one. Experience of west countries proves that it is the only one method for solving of stated goal.
More thoroughly you will be able to acquaint with proposed project through developed by us business plan and Statute directed on establishment of JSSC by contacting with us during any convenient time for you.
In addition we have the Patent of Ukraine ‘Vessel with tanks (variants) and way of loading, discharging, transportation of cargoes on this vessel (variants)’ of unique vessel that can carry both liquid and bulk, general cargoes.

2. Extraction and usage of hydrogen sulfide
Dear Sirs!
Research team of five persons during last 5 years has been working on subject ‘Ecology-energy-economy’. Substantially, it is presented by extraction, usage of HYDROGEN SULFIDE in the industry, extraction of minerals out of seas and oceans of our Planet.
Nowadays, many scientists from different countries of the world (for example: USA, Great Britain, Canada, Norway, France, German and others) are working on this problem. Ukraine also was not left without scientific base and developments in this sphere. But, modern science and technologies has went considerably far away, absence of means for scientific and experimental projects gives right to persons interested to TEAM UP with scientific groups, institutions, manufacturers, realizing own Patents, applications for Patent receipt, mutual using of them for achievement of stated goal. Persons of science, all interested in institutions of countries over the world (because many states are washed by seas or ocean that are alternative inexhaustible ecologically safe source of energy and to the use of which in the nearest future human being will be forced) can enter into such union. Impossible – sooner or later will be possible!
Research team has 7 Patents of Ukraine. Also there are 15 offers for filling of applications for Patents of Ukraine receipt.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SCIENTISTS, PERSONS INTERESTED IN SOLUTION OF THIS PROBLEM, INVESTORS OVER THE WORLD.
